The Working Goddess Retreat is designed for you to relax, unwind and refresh yourself through daily rhythms that strengthen and revitalize your body, calm and focus your mind and create an opening to become more aware of the presence of spirit. The intention is to become connected to the needs, strengths and virtues of your own true nature by becoming aware of your archetypal character according to the five Elements.
A unique healing and learning experience set in a comfortable, luxurious environment. The retreat is led by Cameron who is assisted by other professionals in their fields for individually designed healing and/or pamper sessions. It focuses on assisting people to find an easy balance in life, emotionally, mentally and physically. It gives particular attention to the areas of health, relationships and work activity. The retreat is a 5 day programme for a maximum retreat, for a maximum of 12 people, with inclusive or exclusive accommodation available.
Morning sessionsbegin with meridian stretching. These specific exercises are designed to open and strengthen the internal organs and supply blood and vitality to every tissue in the body. They balance the whole body inside and outside, left and right. When practiced regularly they
can change body shape, movement and increase core strength and stability.
The movement session is followed by a healthy breakfast catered to individual preference. This is followed by the days exploration of one of the five Elements. Each element of nature gives us a way of seeing the driving influences of the natural world. Understanding this framework frees us to become aware of our natural gifts, strengths and challenges. Identifying our “home” element gives us an archetypal way of seeing who we really are and how best to flourish in the world.
These sessions include a process of guided contemplation which helps you to identify your individual make up according to this matrix. It gives you specific take home tools to enhance areas of strength and work with parts that need development. This carefully facilitated process ensures everyone can access their unconscious knowing of how to find and create needed balance. The unique small group environment ensures that everyone has the opportunity to explore in depth. Skillfully facilitated group process is one of the most powerful ways to bring change to your life.
Exploration of the five Elements of nature includes guided reflections to help you experience the five Elements within you and around you.
